This policy explains what Harpeth Holiday Lighting Co. (“we”) does with the information you send us through the free lighting design request on harpethholidaylighting.com.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The service address and the lighting style you choose.
- Any photos of your home you choose to upload. We remove location and camera data (EXIF) from photos before storing them.
- The page you sent the request from and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the campaign information in that link (for example “utm_source”).
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: to look at your home, prepare your lighting design and price, and contact you about it and about scheduling if you go ahead. Your request is stored in our customer management system so we can follow up.
Photos
Photos are optional. They are stored privately — not on a public web page — and are viewable only through secure links in our customer records, so our team can prepare your estimate. Photos uploaded without a request being sent are deleted within a day; photos attached to a request are deleted after two years, or sooner if you ask.
Calls, texts and email
By sending a request you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your request. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing Hello@HarpethHolidayLighting.com or replying to any message we send you.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
